bp9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bp9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at bp9.lat. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use any bp9 service.
Jurisdiction
Services are available to Malaysian players under applicable international gaming authority frameworks.
One Account
Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
Subject to Change
bp9 reserves the right to amend these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions apply to all bp9 products and services, including Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and all promotional offers. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use any bp9 service. By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge acceptance of this Agreement in full.
1 Definitions
In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published by bp9 from time to time.
- "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the bp9 platform.
- "Platform" means the bp9 website at bp9.lat and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, and services.
- "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the bp9 Platform.
- "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game played by a Player using funds held in their bp9 Account.
- "Funds" means any Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) balance held in a Player's bp9 Account.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures as applied by bp9 in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded to a Player.
2 Eligibility
Use of the bp9 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age. bp9 strictly prohibits access by minors. 21+
- You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bp9, nor an immediate family member of such person.
- You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
- You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by bp9 for a breach of this Agreement.
Age Verification: bp9 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All Accounts are subject to age verification at registration and before first withdrawal. bp9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. bp9 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate Accounts. Duplicate Accounts and all funds therein may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your Account. You must promptly update any information that changes, including your contact details. bp9 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a Player.
3.3 KYC Verification. bp9 may request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. bp9 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you. You must notify bp9 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.5 Account Transfer. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bp9 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bp9 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the bp9 Cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same Account holder. bp9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. bp9 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for e-wallet methods; bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the receiving institution.
4.4 Transaction Records. Complete transaction history is accessible within your bp9 Account dashboard. Players are advised to review their transaction records regularly. Queries regarding transactions must be raised with bp9 support within 30 days of the date of the transaction in question.
4.5 No Interest. bp9 does not pay interest on funds held in Player Accounts. Funds held in your Account do not constitute a deposit with, or investment in, bp9.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each product on the bp9 Platform — including Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and any other game type — is governed by specific rules available within the respective game interface or product page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.
5.2 Pari-Mutuel and Fixed Odds. Sportsbook markets on bp9 may operate on fixed-odds or pari-mutuel (pool) pricing depending on the market type. The applicable pricing method is indicated on each market.
5.3 Voided Bets. bp9 reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) the underlying event has been subject to match-fixing or irregular activity; (b) the odds were published in error; (c) the Wager was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) other exceptional circumstances require voiding as determined by bp9 in its sole discretion. Voided Wagers are refunded to the Player's Account.
5.4 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any Wager, the decision of bp9 (acting in good faith and in accordance with the applicable game or event rules) shall be final and binding.
5.5 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting any game outcome, bp9 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund stakes. bp9 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible game categories, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for Sportsbook bonuses), maximum bet limits whilst a bonus is active, and time limits within which wagering requirements must be met.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Where a withdrawal is requested prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise, only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players may not stack Bonuses unless expressly permitted.
6.4 Misuse. bp9 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim any Bonus in cases where bp9 has reasonable grounds to believe the Bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through coordinated abuse (including but not limited to syndicated bonus exploitation).
6.5 Changes to Promotions. bp9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account remain honoured subject to their individual terms.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp9 Platform. A violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Operating multiple Accounts or allowing another person to use your Account.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in relation to games or sporting events offered on the Platform.
- Money laundering, layering, or any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or adversely affects the experience of other Players.
- Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
8 Intellectual Property
All content available on the bp9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bp9 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the bp9 Platform without the prior written consent of bp9.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9.2 bp9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose, or MYR 500, whichever is greater.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bp9's liability for death or personal injury caused by bp9's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
9.4 The bp9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bp9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10 Responsible Gaming
bp9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, controlled gaming environment for all Players. We provide the following tools within your Account:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
- Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on your gaming session duration.
- Betting Limits: Restrict the maximum stake per Wager.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform.

11 Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bp9 support via live chat. Any balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonuses.
11.2 bp9-Initiated Suspension. bp9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) an Account is subject to a legal hold, investigation, or regulatory inquiry; (c) continued operation of the Account presents a risk to bp9, other Players, or third parties; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
11.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee as disclosed in the Cashier section of the Platform. bp9 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder prior to applying any inactivity fee.
12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority frameworks and such other laws as apply to bp9's licensed operations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures as prescribed by bp9's applicable licensing authority. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
13 Amendments to These Terms
bp9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bp9 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any amended version will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bp9 Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
